If there was a higher rating than 5 stars then Alpine Auto would receive 10 stars. Went out of their way to help me out when my Ute needed urgent engine repairs whilst travelling through Brisbane. A great bunch of guys with a wealth of knowledge and just decent guys to deal with. Won’t try to rip u off. Decent old school service with a smile. Would recommend to anyone. Very satisfied with their service. Wish every other auto shop was like them. 10 stars

Excellent service. I took my Nissan Navara in for a maintenance service and I’m really happy with the work done. The team was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly. The service was done quickly and the car is running great now. Highly recommend this workshop.

I took my car in for a full service before a planned 4-week trip to Tasmania, specifically asking for a thorough check to avoid any issues on the road. After about 5 hours of highway driving, I started hearing a clinking sound—only to discover the CV joint had been left loose. We got another mechanic to come and look at it and none of the wheel nuts were even tight and could be hand loosened.
This is a serious oversight and raises concerns about the quality of the work done. When I contacted the owner, instead of taking responsibility, I was given a range of excuses and told everything had been done correctly—which clearly wasn’t the case.
Very disappointing experience, especially given the potential safety risk. I won’t be returning.

I do not hesitate in recommending this workshop for mechanical and servicing needs.
I first became involved with Vik and crew on the 2nd August 2024 when my 105 series Landcruiser was delivered to them for a complete engine removal , rebuild (done by D4D) and refit. I believe this may have been Vik's first official day as owner of Alpine Automotive and I the first engine transplant customer.
While the vehicle was “on the hoist” I had other work done, ie suspension part replacement, brakes, front end and steering checked, plus more.
This whole process was faultless and undertaken in a very professional way. I can be demanding, but Vik and staff took it all in their stride. They understood what I wanted and were always friendly, calm and communicated any problems in a timely matter. I have just finished the warranty service period. Living 1.5 hrs out of Bisbane it was very pleasing that Vik always accommodated my service time when I was in the Brisbane area.
Once again, as pricing was good, I do not hesitate in recommending this workshop for mechanical and servicing needs.

Awesome 5*service we've had both a 4wd and a VW have work done here. Liam is amazing to deal with. These guys are honest trustworthy and knowledgeable. We make a 5hr round trip to have these guys work on our vehicles. I couldn't recommend them more highly!
